They have false advertising and waste your time. They advertised they would post my business everywhere on line. It was a total switch and bait. After giving them two hours of my time they finally told the truth. They want to build your website. As a perk they will get your business listed but you have to pay them website prices. They only build it once and charge you forever. Update: Either post that you just want to build a website for your clients and don't suggest you will do backlinking and SEO or actually offer the service you advertise (I responded to an advertisement stating you would list my business everywhere on the Internet, which is not a standalone service that you even offer). I was exaggerating about them charging you forever. Apparently it isn't a joke. I am glad I read reviews before I signed up! It makes no sense that the reviews are all fishing about how amazing they are our how they to people off. Just saying.

The software itself is fine, I didn't use it for much other than social posting but there are other tools available for this. They advertise that they'll get your business onto something like 32 listings? But 15 of those don't work in New Zealand, so honestly I just don't think it's worth it. My experience with their team was plenty friendly to start with when I first was looking to buy, and once I'd made the purchase they were happy to help me get set up. When I tried to cancel our subscription they just ignored my email (I followed up three times) and I ended up getting charged for the next month. When I called their call centre they were more helpful and cancelled my subscription. They said there was a 30-day cancellation policy - but when I advised that I don't believe this was ever mentioned to me, and due to the lack of response I'd received from their team, they decided to refund the charge.

While we've never been thrilled with the content Thyrv throws onto our webpage (and due to difficulty accessing we can't easily remove), today was a last straw when we got a call to admit they have been charging us for a service (thyrv leads+) that was cancelled as a program SEVEN MONTHS AGO! They're really apologetic and are "refunding" the accumulated fees - in full disclosure they DID refund over $2200.00 in mis-collected fees to our bank. You're an information dissemination company- how did this get by you?! They'll have to figure something else out--we will be taking our domain and our business presence elsewhere to a service more attuned to our animal care industry.

I started my journey blind with thryv on their word. I needed an all in one software that would do all the things I needed. They said it would. After a few months went by, using the service, my customers could not leave tips, I could not use theyvpay but was told they could not share the "why" with me! That's odd because it's possible they have incorrect information. The appointments "complete" on their own directly after the start time of the appointment. This caused confusion with my clients. I can go on and on. Needless to say, this did not provide me with an all in one software that I needed, so I went back to Zenmaid. Subscription is cheaper, my clients can leave tips using my stripe acct through zenmaid, they love that I can text them, "I'm on the way" with just the touch of a button, and so on. I won't change again! To make matters worse, after I didnt pay my subscription, because I was changing back to Zenmaid, they locked me out of my account over a weekend and a holiday. I could not get my customer information or see appointments I had. Thankfully, I never really stop using zenmaid so I had what I needed. But that was very inconvenient in so many ways. I can see blocking some content, but the fact I could not retrieve customer or appointment information was not cool and could have hurt my business in a big way.

An absolute waste of time, overpriced and delivered 0 results. They lock you in for 6 months as they know after 1-2 months you can already see it is a complete waste of marketing budget. Also they make it hard to cancel. Their backend system has bugs and does not even work half the time.

For a year I used and loved Thryv. It was a little expensive for my small business but it made life so much easier it was worth it. I used the group text which still works well and the reason this is not one star. The social media posting which I hate now and the thryv pay which no longer charges the customer the fee. So I am now looking for options to save the almost $2500 I spend on Thryv on something else. You had a great service but not what I want anymore. I would stay if the amount was adjusted but it's just not worth it to be frustrated.

Horrible billing

I virtually get no calls from the advertising, and I really can not do any more. Thx Brian.
