Had an allergic reaction and now can get zero help or return text or call from anybody. It’s like a passive aggressive boyfriend. They are just avoiding me and making me terminate their services instead of them working with me. I response to Thrive Lab’s response, I have left so many messages regarding this issue, it’s beyond disingenuous to claim that you don’t know who I am. I have repeatedly asked that they confirm my subscription has been cancelled and I STILL have not received any communication whatsoever with respect to cancellation or anything else.

I usually wait to give reviews. I like to make sure my experience with a company REMAINS positive and it’s not just first impressions. So far it’s great. The appointment was immediate (next day), the questionnaire was thorough and easy, the provider was knowledgeable and friendly, there was no pressure sales, there were no hidden fees, everything was laid out clearly, able to text quick questions when needed, and the Rx showed up in 6 days with clear instructions. Easy, smooth, stress free process. I WOULD definitely recommend Thrivelab. All businesses should run this way.
