My provider is kind, genuine, knowledgeable…I can’t say enough wonderful things about her and how she works with me on my care. My results are good and my life has improved. But I have to take away a star due to an unfortunate pattern of my shipments arriving late. It’s happened 4 times in 8 months. That’s a 50/50 chance each month that I’m having to go without an important medication for a few days. I take away another star because on one of those occasions, I went without a certain medication for a week and as a result, I experienced very real discomfort that caused me to miss work and school.

My nurse practitioner was great, she went over my treatment plan and made sure I understood. Lower score for customer service, I could not get anyone to answer me.

When there was an issue, they remedied right away.

My provider Katie Jo Dixon-Blaboe was very knowledgeable, very personable and made me feel comfortable talking about such personal female issues. She took her time to make sure I understood everything! I am really excited for the new journey of feeling happy and healthy.

I like that it was a telehealth appointment in the convenience of my home and schedule. The intake worker, Nicole was great and she was very helpful. The nurse practitioner, Katie, who I had my appt. with was really nice and explained things in a way I could understand. I will definitely recommend to my friends.
