Both my initial intake and my provider Katya listened to me, understood my situation, and even moved my appointment up to accommodate my unique needs. I’ve been trying to reach someone to give my new credit card information but no one will return my call after several attempts. I’m out of my hormone therapy and obviously they are not going to fill the prescription until they receive my new CC info. Now I’m suffering with symptoms all over again. Poor communication and support is all foreign so there is also communication issues
