It would’ve been helpful to know that the $45 initial fee was nonrefundable if you’re not accepted in the program after the consultation with the practitioner. In addition “virtual health” doesn’t seem practical.

Excellent service and communication from the scheduling to the consult with my nurse practitioner. Katya was knowledgeable and really took the time to explain the process and medications to me.
