I have had a wonderful experience. This is my third company I’ve worked with and the best. The process was very efficient. I had a great boarding appointment with plenty of time. My provider listened and addressed my concerns. I received a written treatment plan that we both agreed upon. A few days later I received my prescriptions. There was also an immediate follow up after my bloodwork and we made a few adjustments to the plan. We will have another follow up in a few weeks. I’m very happy with this company.

I have been using the program for almost 3 months now. I am already seeing some improvements in my symptoms. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is that it is a bit of a challenge sometimes to get responses back when you have an issue or question. THe appointments are booked out about 3-4 weeks, so if you have an urgent question it can be a bit frustrating to get a response. Otherwise Dr Bimisa is very attentive. She takes the time to listen to what is going on, and presents options to treat what is going on.
