As a small business with a customer service team of just six people, we unfortunately aren't able to offer free returns like many larger retailers. At checkout, customers have the option to purchase Return Assurance for $2.98, which covers the cost of return shipping when using our return portal. If Return Assurance isn't selected, a $9.98 return label fee is deducted from the refund when a prepaid return label is used. This helps us offset a portion of our shipping costs, as we don't have access to the deeply discounted carrier rates available to much larger retailers. We do accept returns on eligible items in new condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery (or 60 days during our holiday return window), and we also provide detailed garment measurements on every product page to help customers choose the best fit before ordering. Regarding the tags, some of our more delicate items are intentionally shipped without traditional hang tags attached. This helps prevent snagging or damage that can sometimes occur during transit or tag removal. If a return is needed, the original packaging the item arrives in can be used for return purposes. We take quality concerns seriously, and while we understand your frustration, we were unable to verify a manufacturing defect in this case. Our care instructions recommend hand washing and laying flat to dry, as certain fabrics may shrink or become damaged if washed or dried using other methods. Like many apparel retailers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have already been worn or washed, as we can no longer resell them.
