I just found an exact sweatshirt on another platform for $49 and three bird nest has it listed for $118😳Also recently bought a pair of boots that were $124.I think they are really cute and I'm going to wear them but they feel extremely cheaply made which is very disappointing!

Buyer beware! I purchased a sweater from this company that arrived with an absolutely overwhelming chemical odor. The smell was so offensive that the sweater was completely unwearable. I attempted to wash it, hoping to eliminate the odor, but unfortunately, it didn't help. When I contacted customer service, rather than acknowledging the issue with their product, they simply refused to accept a return because I had washed it. Seriously? I washed it because it smelled so terrible that I couldn't wear it in the first place! What is most frustrating is their complete lack of accountability. Not once did they acknowledge or address my concern about the chemical odor. Instead, they chose to hide behind their return policy rather than stand behind the quality of their merchandise. I wasn't asking to return something because I changed my mind. I was asking for a refund because the product arrived in unacceptable condition. Absolutely terrible customer service and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I will never purchase from this company again and would strongly caution others before spending their money here. A company that refuses to address legitimate product complaints doesn't deserve repeat customers

This company customer service has gone over the deep end. After 3 weeks when my order was not shipped, and after 4 emails and 2 voice mails, I contested the order. The day after I submitted a complaint with PayPal, the customer service responded to me and said they would update my order if I took the hold off my credit card. I Informed them that I would not take a hold off payment unless the order had shipped, given I had placed order 3 weeks before and company had failed to Respond to my emails or voice mails. I’m not sure what happened to this company since I first ordered with no problems a couple years ago, but it’s not good. Buyers beware: orders are not shipped out and if you file a hold on payment you get harassed. I told the company they can deal with PayPal as I am not engaging in scams. I am now filing a complaint with BBB and my state AG customer fraud department. Buyer beware.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your recent experience. We understand how disappointing it must have been to face delays with your order and have difficulty reaching our team. We sincerely apologize for any frustration this has caused and for any concerns arising from our communication. We would like to clarify, when a payment dispute or claim is opened, it can limit our ability to fulfill existing or pending orders while the matter is under review. We want to reassure you that our intention is always to communicate our policies with clarity and understanding and we do our best to work directly with our customers to address their concerns and find a resolution whenever possible. Once a formal response has been submitted through the payment provider, the matter must proceed through that dispute process, which can limit our ability to provide further assistance outside of that. We understand how important timely shipping, clear communication, and helpful customer service are, and we’re genuinely sorry that your recent experience fell short. We value the time you’ve spent shopping with Three Bird Nest over the years, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. Your comments are important to us as we continue working to improve our communication and the overall experience we provide to our customers.

I'm writing this for my wife who ordered a blouse. Paid $60 for it. She didn't see the fine print to inspect it within three days. She wore it. After a couple of wears she noticed 3 holes in the sleeve. Very thin fabric. Very poor quality. And of course they will do nothing about it. (And they don't seem to care). Three Bird replied below. I should add that they have conveniently not included my review on their website. Which proves that their reviews are filtered and as a result not trustworthy. Because I left a 1 star review, and since there are no one star reviews on this item, one can clearly see that they filter the reviews, not including all the negative ones. This is a federal violation. Also this item was never washed by us. Worn once.

We’re so sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing it must have been for your wife to discover holes in her item. Our damage claim policy requires claims to be submitted within three days of delivery, and items must be unworn with their original tags attached to be eligible for review under this process. This policy helps us keep our process consistent and fair for all of our customers. We understand that discovering an issue after this timeframe can be frustrating, and we sincerely regret the disappointment this has caused. We also take your concerns regarding our review process seriously. Our website features reviews across a range of ratings, including one, two, and three-star reviews. Our review guidelines are intended to keep feedback relevant and helpful to customers making purchasing decisions. We welcome honest, product-specific feedback and understand the importance of customers being able to share their genuine thoughts. We’re sorry if your experience led you to believe otherwise. We sincerely regret that your first experience with us did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is truly important to us and we will share your concerns with our team as we work to enhance our products and services.

Disgusting pricing practices. Some items the Medium is more expensive than the large and then some the large is way higher than a medium. What a shame to have such predatory pricing practices
Response from Three Bird NestOct 11, 2026
We’re sorry for any confusion caused by the differences in pricing between sizes. We regularly adjust prices based on inventory levels, product availability, and customer demand. For example, certain sizes may be discounted when we have excess stock or lower demand, while other sizes may remain at their regular price due to limited availability or higher demand. Our goal is to offer the best possible pricing based on real-time product availability. These markdowns apply across all sizes depending on the style so we encourage customers to check back, as prices can change when additional inventory becomes available. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly value our customers perspectives and appreciate the opportunity to clarify how our pricing works.

I just received an order of flowy pants, and a shirt. I am 59 years old, postmenopausal body, and am so impressed with quality of clothing, and helping me still keep my boho vibe. I've bought dresses, pants, sweaters. Every piece makes me look my best hippie self. Always get compliments, and can't wait to wear my new outfit. Thank you for being cool and true to form! Even for us older girls...

BEWARE: They delete product reviews left on their site. Anything that isn't a 4 or 5-star rating gets removed—which is illegal if they are genuine product reviews. I have left multiple reviews now, and they all seem to "disappear" or never get posted.
Response from Three Bird NestOct 8, 2026
We’re so sorry to hear about your experience. We want to clarify that we do not remove genuine product reviews simply because they are negative or receive a lower star rating. Our website includes reviews across the full rating range, including 1, 2, and 3 star reviews. Our review guidelines are intended to keep the review section focused on helpful, product-specific feedback. The limited reviews removed are those that violate these guidelines, such as reviews containing profanity or comments that are solely about our company policies rather than the product itself. For example, reviews that do not provide enough product-specific feedback to be helpful to other customers. We absolutely welcome honest feedback, and we believe customers should be able to share their genuine experiences. We’re sorry if your experience led you to believe otherwise. We’ll continue working to keep our review process transparent and ensure that helpful, product-specific feedback is represented.

At first I liked them, but then items started not arriving. They have a lot of pre-order items. BE AWARE OF THESE! They combine the regular itmes and Pre-order items in the same order. The pre-order items don't ship until a later date. The issue with this is that when the regular items are sent first, the whole order gets market delivered together and screw up the pre-order items. I had to reach out several times to get them to ship things. Then one order was missing 2 big items. They did refund me for those, but then it happened again on the next order and I never received 3 out of the 5 items i ordered. They will not correct this, or credit me, or refund me. I'm just out the money. Pretty much $100. Never shopping with them again. It sucks because the items that I did get were cute. I rather spend my money somewhere else where I'll actually get the items i ordered.
Response from Three Bird NestOct 8, 2026
We’re so sorry to hear about your experience. We want to clarify how our pre-order items work, as we understand how the shipping process can cause confusion. When a pre-order item is purchased, you’ll see the available options directly on the product page. You can choose between the in-stock item, which is ready to ship in available, or “Add Pre-Order to Cart,” which indicates that the item is a pre-order. When a pre-order item is purchased, it is noted in the cart, at checkout, and in the order confirmation email. An estimated fulfillment timeframe is provided as well, indicating when the pre-order is expected to ship. Pre-order items may ship separately from in-stock items in the same order, and the delivery of an in-stock portion of an order does not necessarily mean that a pre-order item has also been fulfilled. We understand how receiving one portion of an order while waiting on a pre-order can be confusing, and we’re always looking for ways to make this process even clearer for our customers. Additionally, we have a reporting window for missing items so that our team has an opportunity to investigate and resolve these concerns. Unfortunately, by the time the missing items were reported, the order was already outside of our policy window. We understand that this was not the resolution you were hoping for, and we’re truly sorry for the disappointment this experience caused. We value your feedback and will continue looking for ways to make our ordering and fulfillment processes as clear as possible. Thank you again for giving us a try and for taking the time to share your experience with us.
