I love these clothes! But they are a bit pricey! Wish they had better deals.

The point reward system is awesome! Also the quality of the items I got were very good. The only bad thing I can say is that the shipping is slow.

I've ordered a couple of times and found the whole experience pretty great and loved the items I purchased. The only downside is with their international return policy. I bought a dress in a size large, had to return and re-purchase in a separate order a size medium (they don't offer exchanges). Current policy for international returns - refunded the amt I paid for the dress, but not shipping/taxes and then there's a $30 fee for return. The dress I purchased was $93 CA, with shipping & taxes came to a total of $129 CA. My refund was only $63 - which just doesn't feel right, especially when I had reordered the dress in another size for $129 CA again. So, in actuality this dress has cost me $195. Thank goodness I love the dress! My hope is that TBN either a) opens a store in Canada or b) adjust their current international return policy to not be such a hit to their international customers. Unfortunately, this has made me wary of purchasing from their website, which is a bummer because I would purchase from them regularly otherwise.

I was so excited to receive my first order, clothing looks beautiful. I accidentally shipped it to the wrong address and saw that the company had received the package of clothing back. I reached out to them and the package had been damaged but they offered to still honor the discount I was given on my first order and replace my items with clothing similar in style and value. I appreciate the good costumer service

I love the clothes and the styles! Just wish there was an extra small.

Ordering was easy and delivery quick. The fabric is super cozy. My only issue is the sizing. I should have ordered a small. I generally take a medium but this is a very oversized garment. Nice for hanging around the house but too much like pajamas to wear out.
