Spent $100 on 1 pair of pants; after 3 hours of wearing they ripped in half. Business would not refund my money, give store credit, or offer any solution. Will never purchase from them again. Complete SCAM!!!!

Everything I received was in perfect order. Good condition. Nice material. The sizes are true to form. I bought a pair of shoes that someone recommended I go up a size, I did and it was perfect. The items came very timely and there was numerous emails to let me know when the package was on its way and when it was delivered, I’m thoroughly satisfied with this company. 

Terrible customer service and extremely disappointing experience. My return was rejected due to an “odor/scent issue,” even though the odor was from a dyed denim piece that arrived that way in the first place. Instead of acknowledging the issue with the item, the company put the blame on the customer and refused the return. I would not recommend shopping with this company. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere that actually stands behind its products and takes care of its customers.

Clothes are really cute, but the tops run very large. I am a S or XS and the S sweatshirts and sweaters fit like an XL. I would reconsider if they’ve changed how the garments are made.

I placed an order, but I received a notification that my order was updated and one of the items I purchased was removed. There was no further explanation as to why.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of denim jeans (Cozy Thimble Jeans was the name of the jeans), wore them once, washed on delicate and hung dry, and one of the metal circular loopholes fell off completely. These jeans were over $100. They would not allow an exchange and said I should have hand washed them. I have ordered many things from them and said I wouldn't order anything else, and they wrote back and said "Sorry to see you go!" I won't order from them again. And now I noticed that they don't have the jeans listed on their site anymore.

The pants were described as made of rayon. When I received them I saw immediately that is not the case. They are made of some plasticky, heavy material. While the colors are vibrant, I hate the plasticky feel and would not have bought them. So, untruthful. Will not order from them again.

LOVE LOVE LOVE all aspects: clothing, customer service and the sizing - easy return policy. I get compliments every time I wear TBN!
