I ordered two t-shirts and two sweatshirts. Really looked forward to receiving them because I like the unique prints. When I received my order, the two t-shirts were about right in size but they were somewhat odd in the fit so I suspect I won't be able to fit them after a couple of washes. The two sweatshirts had size Large printed on them as ordered, but the sizes were Medium if I compare to other clothing. I wrote to Threadless and they were kind enough to send me a replacement with larger sizes - great customer service! I fell sick so I didn't make it to the post office in time but Threadless was understanding and sent me yet another replacement - again, great customer service. When I received the replacement order, the two sweatshirts both had size XL printed in them, but the new XL ones were even SMALLER than the original Large ones! I emailed Threadless and they sent me a second replacement, also XL. Now one of the shirts fit a normal size Large, but the other one was still about a size Medium in normal sizes even though it has XL printed on it. I wrote to Threadless to request a refund for the still too small sweatshirt and am waiting for this now. This is my last order from Threadless. I really want their unique prints but it's just not worth it to go through disappointment, emails to Threadless and trips to the post office just because Threadless can't guarantee just a little size consistency. It doesn't help that Threadless has the world's best customer service when their products are just crap (the print quality also varied from order to order). It's easy to be inspired by all their great prints - but it's just not worth it :-(

Don't get me wrong, I *want* to still love Threadless. Their designs are awesome and I've been ordering shirts from them since 2006. Over the course of that time though the quality of the shirts used has gone down SIGNIFICANTLY. There is absolutely NO consistency in sizing from one shirt/color to the next anymore, making ordering from them a complete roll of the dice. In mid-December 2016 I ordered 13 shirts from Threadless. Apparently my delivery was "lost" and after reaching out to them via email (the only means to reach them) they apologized and re-issued my order and said “for the trouble, we'll also issue you a Threadless credit with your replacement or reimbursement.” Inside the box, aside from the shirts, there wasn't a damn thing except the order info slip. No credit as I was promised via email. I'm an average sized dude. 5'11" and 165 lbs. I wear a size large which is (usually) always large enough, even across brands that tend to run small. Literally maybe 1/3 of the shirts I purchased in December are wearable. Some (those printed on off-white) shirts look more like a smallish-Medium than the Large I ordered (meaning they’re worthless to me right out of the box) whereas others, even after washing on Delicates/Hand Wash with COLD water and hanging up to air dry still shrunk to the point where they either no longer fit or are no longer comfortable. Again, I love the idea of this company…but somewhere along the way quality got sacrificed for quantity and customer service suffered in the same ways. Why tell a customer something via email only to not deliver?? It doesn’t matter ultimately. I won’t be ordering from them again.

The shirts, short sleeve, long-sleeve, and sweatshirt (?) are of unbelievable inferior quality. I wanted to support the movement but I have been ripped off and I am ashamed to have led others to the site.

We made an order at the end of November 2016 from Spain, we did not receive the t-shirts we asked for a friend and I, collected the next day and never heard anything again, we sent mail to request information because nothing appears in the orders and neither We have just answered, we just lost the money and we already know where we will not order more shirts, and that I asked for years ago and I had no problems. I don't understand all these bad reviews.. we've been shopping with Threadless for years, and we are always impressed with their designs and softness of their shirts. Recently, I noticed that their sizing seems to have changed from previous years, and I contacted customer service about it, they were very helpful with fixing the problem. I will continue to be a loyal Threadless customer!!

As many have said, I used to be a loyal customer of Threadless. I love the idea of giving artists a place to showcase the clever designs and the large choices. However the last few orders have been a disappointment in terms of quality. Even then, I returned this year to do some Christmas shopping, making sure to order the shirts a little bigger than the usual size. The shirts I received were incredibly small; not even worth trying on because visually it was clear they were nowhere near the right size. I won't be ordering again since there are no returns and the sizing is so off. And I'm off to the mall to buy something much less creative but that actually can be worn. Disappointing!

Having bought several Threadless t shirts over the years for my sons I felt safe ordering again for Christmas 2016. Order placed 19 November in UK, expected between 1-3 weeks says the delivery details, now here on 17 December and my parcel is stuck somewhere in Illinois!! I am also stuck between DHL and Threadless who seem to be passing the buck between each other and for the REALLY HEFTY delivery charges this is not good enough Threadless!! Don't buy from this firm from overseas unless you are mad!! Money taken from card already but no goods, not good enough folks!!

I really wish I would have a read these reviews prior to ordering. I had a friend years ago who would get shirts from threadless and they seemed like pretty good quality shirts. Fast forward to now. I was trying to find my boyfriend gifts for Christmas and found 2 on threadless he would like. I bought them on 12/5 and received them today, 12/13. After opening them, I was VERY disappointed. It must be an incredibly difficult job to print and send shirts because they sent me the wrong shirt. To top it off, threadless doesn't have a customer service number and the only way to contact them is through email. Also, as others have stated the quality isn't that great at all and the sizing seems to be way off. The shirts look huge. Of course threadless doesn't accept returns. I won't be buying from them again.
