Couldn't ask for more
Customer service was very quick and helpful, when it turned out I had ordered the wrong size and color shirts. I couldn't ask for better service, and of course I love their designs.

Great Customer Service
Received an order of multiple shirts of the same size but some of them did not fit the same as others. Brought this to the attention of customer service and they sent out replacements a size up free of charge. Thank you for the great customer service Amanda.

Disappeared order and great response
After the tracking for my order stopped updating, Amanda from Threadless helped with providing a choice of options for recompense, and when I was charged customs fees due to the replacement being made from US instead of EU, she promptly refunded it plus a little extra!

Customer Service On Point
I placed an order with Threadless and the two items I ordered came in two different shipments. The item shipped via UPS arrived promptly and in perfect condition. The second item was shipped via USPS, and the shipping issue was with USPS and not Threadless. I reached out to customer service, explained the situation, and received not only a response, but a confirmation that my replacement item was processed on the same day. I received responses from a real human (Amanda) and I had my issue addressed immediately.

I ordered five shirts that were…
I ordered five shirts that were unfortunately too big for me once they arrived. I reached out to customer service on Sunday asking to exchange all five to a smaller size and got a response on Tuesday that not only the correct size would arrive within 5 business days, but that I could also keep the wrong size shirts for donation. With the full intention to sending the shirts back the very next day, including paying for postage, I was flabbergasted. Great customer service from Amanda who helped me.

Long Time Customer
I have been a long time Threadless shopper not only to support the amazing artistic talent and the opportunity they provide to the artists, but also for the excellent customer service and quick responses to order questions. Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent! I emailed this morning and received a fast response and within a couple of hours my issue was resolved. I appreciate it so much, good customer service has been getting harder to find in this automated age, it definitely sets Threadless apart!
