However, we are very concerned about your experience with the prints peeling/fading after only a few washes. Unfortunately we're unable to have any impact on customs charges. As different countries and areas have different rules, your best bet is to contact your local customs office for tips about how to avoid customs fees in the future. Hello Deborah, We've been super happy with the quality of our prints, but understand that sometimes things don't work out and we're always happy to help out when they don't. We use Direct-To-Garment printing (DTG) for most of our apparel products, which allows us to print your items especially for you when you order. As these machines are hand-guided, crooked or off center prints do sometimes happen, but we'd never want you to feel stuck with anything you're not loving. We're always monitoring the quality of our products and appreciate it when you give us the chance to make things right. Any insight we can pass onto our Products Team is really useful so that we can continue to work on ensuring our prints are the best they can be.
