I've been buying from Threadless since 2014. Back then the quality was superb and till today they still hold up pretty well. A couple of months ago my wife and I got 10 pieces from a sale and the quality has been completely thrown out the window. The t-shirts feel cheap, thinner, and even before even wearing them, the prints are crumbling into pieces. It's sad because I love their designs but after their last order and spending so much money I'm never going to be a customer again. Dear Threadless please go back to your original manufacturers. The ones made in Chicago were perfect and after 5 years still look good. Even the ones that were made in Nicaragua hold up pretty well. But these current ones from Honduras are just terrible. A catastrophic business decision and whoever made it should be fired. There's nothing the company can do to resolve my current situation because they'd have to change their suppliers just to get me to shop again. All in all, goodbye threadless. You were great. How the mighty have fallen. :'( edit: threadless has reached out to me and given me two t-shirts for free in return in their bella+canvas extra soft tee and it's great! i'm still worried the prints might fall out though and to be honest, this should be the minimum quality provided for the price they're charging. i just might return as a customer... great service though. much respect.

the quality isn't what it used to be, not sure if it was that I placed my last order in the 10 dollar sale, but the 8 different t shirts I bought are far from what they used to be when they used to have the blue stripe inside (I think my last order was from 2 years ago, so maybe they did change their distributor and I just didn't find out till this week), the fabric feels slimmer and cheap and some of the prints are off center. I love their designs and I hope it was just a bad experience since I hope to buy others in the future if their quality improves to what it once was.

Très déçu par mes dernières commandes... La qualité du flocage et du tshirt est nettement moins bonne qu'auparavant. Au bout de deux lavages (tshirt retourné) l'impression s'effrite et l'image en devient très pâle. Où est passé la qualité?! J'ai encore de tshirts de 2010 où le print est impecc'. C'est dommage car les designs sont sympas... I'm done with Threadless.

Something is really wrong with this company and is going downhill from what it was few years ago. Prints are nice but the t-shirt quality is poor and cheap. Really not the company it used to be...wouldn't recommend it anymore.

After so many years and t-shirts with threadless, I got the last shipment and I decided is going to be the last one. I bought my favourite shirt... the print, compared with the one I bought few years back made me realize that quality is not a priority anymore for the company. I'm really sorry

I purchased 10 shirts 6 months ago, I tend to make this purchase every couple of years with Threadless as the quality was so high they would last for a long time. This time round the quality was atrocious. I had to get multiple shirts replaced twice due to poor quality fabric and misprinted designs. To be fair the staff were really helpful and pretty quick to try to fix things, although shipping to New Zealand is a slow process. After 6 months the shirts from this year's order have all started to deteriorate. I probably wear each shirt once every 2 weeks. One shirt neck ripped when I was taking it off a few nights ago. One shirt is pilling horribly, another has a hole in it, and most of the shirts are starting to fade and feel thin and weak. They did upgrade a couple of the shirts and they are slightly better. For $10 a shirt I can probably reconcile the poor quality. I guess the biggest issue is that the quality of Threadless products just used to be so good. The ones with the blue fabric stripe on the inside of the back of the neck. I have Threadless shirts 4+ years old that I use when doing yard work etc and they are still in better condition than the most recent ones. I see most of the negative reviews on here are older customers like me who have a high expectation of the quality of the products. The reviews on their own website tend to be much better, but I do note they have turned off the reviews on their Facebook page. I really did love the Threadless brand so will be watching these trustpilot reviews to see if they can turn things around, but for now I can't see myself placing another order...

Unfortunately the company has really gone downhill in recent years. I have been a long time customer of them, and over the years I have bought at least 50 shirts from them, but I was really dissapointed by my latest purchase. The shirts were lower quality, the prints were faded and blotched, most noticeably on one I bought to replace an older one I had gotten holes in - the print was already far more faded, crackled and had worse colours than a shirt 2 years older than it. On top of this, they failed to mention ANYWHERE on their website that international orders would be subject to customs charges - even on sale, these shirts ended up being far from cheap. All in all, unless I see reviews shifting in a positive direction, I doubt I'll be buying t-shirts from them again - it's a giant shame, because they used to be an amazing shirt company.

I've been supporting this company since they started, as I am an artist and I (used to) really like the company, They have completely sold out, my order was a mess, it took nearly a month to receive it, nobody bothered to respond to my customer service inquiry for almost a week and gave me the excuse they were "busy", I paid extra for a softer tee shirt and when it FINALLY arrived it just feels like another cheap shirt (scam). Don't order from them, you'll regret it. I am sure there are better businesses out there that support local artists.
