I bought a couple of shirts they were a great fit, many colors, great quality, and I love my blanket

I ordered two shirts, they arrived today. a shirt has a horrible print quality, low definition and very dull colors. The print will disappear in two washes. Very disappointed.

Hi A surprising amount of bad reviews on Trustpilot considering how good our experience was. Our initial order came through really quickly and the item we ordered was pretty much exactly what we ordered. Having said that we had a problem with the fit on my daughter. This wasn't a fault on Threadless's side, but they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I've no problem recommending them. Great customer service with really good products.

THE SHIRTS DO NOT LAST. I literally wore one of my shirts for a a total of 3 times before the sleeve was wripped off. The white shirt I had faded after ONE wash. I'm not joking--it faded badly. KEEP IN MIND each shirt is TWENTY DOLLARS. That's name brand pricing and no where near the same quality. These shirts have okayish fabric--nothing special. The designs are amazing and enticing but trust me--they will not last long. IMO--Not worth the purchase unless you want to just stare at some art work on a tshirt and not wear it OR you have IDGAF money to throw 20 dollars away.

The site is unusable due to it being super slow and buggy. The resizing algorithms are completely buggy and do not respect the real resolution of your files half the time. You will spend HOURS adjusting your files on products in the slowest, most painful GUI i have seen. It is clearly a lot slower than it should be due to the code they are using, not traffic. Really frustrating waste of business time. I keep trying to get started in my business but can't find a decent site, and this one promised to be good, but it just doesn't work out.

Surprisingly enough shipping came relatively quickly, but quality turned out way worse than reviews mentioned. To be fair, I purchased through a website owned by a local artist not knowing who would be printing the tee and pullover hoodie I purchased. After purchasing and receiving confirmation email, Threadless was the tee company. So, I looked into the reviews. Stomach dropped immediately to see how badly they are doing!!! 1 star?!?! I hoped and prayed my orders would be the exception. Guess what? Not my lucky day. Emailed the company immediately after opening package and hope to get these returned ASAP. I even contacted the artist that their work was being botched on low quality prints and should reconsider partnering with a more reliable tee printing shop. Disappointed, but should have researched first. Redbubble has put the bar incredibly high that I'm horrified by the cracking, discolored prints that I received. Fingers crossed returns will be less painful.

I'd never heard of Threadless until my bank fraud department called me at 10 pm tonight to ask me about 3 credit card purchases from Threadless today. Two of them were for the same amount and the third for double the other two. All within minutes of each other! Hello! Anyone paying attention there?!!!?

These reviews scared me but I had already ordered and had not received a shipping confirmation. I contacted customer service to ask about returnability or a refund just in case and they responded so incredibly quickly, and directed me to the necessary people should my order arrive wrong. I got a shipping confirmation the next day and when my shirt came, I couldn’t have been happier! It’s great quality and exactly what I was expecting. My boyfriend was absolutely thrilled. I wish more companies operated this way. Thank you, Threadless!
