Charges for non existent orders
Was a customer previously and had left my account open for future orders but will never be back. They charged me over a period of 6 weeks for non-existent orders, which I only picked up on my online banking after the second direct debit was taken. After calling them up, they told me they had no facility to refund me, and I had to contact the bank to get the money back, which is absolutely unreasonable. Guy on the phone really didn’t seem he wanted to help, just stated I should have “had an email” about it, and said it was the bank that had to fix it. Really not apologetic about it at all, and made me feel it was my fault for some reason. Really don’t recommend after this poor customer service experience.

Hi there, sorry you feel like this. We send our customers an email weekly to make them aware of direct debits. Stating you should have got an email or had emails is something we would look at as advice so you could check, or to see if there was any issues. I'm sorry we felt like you were made to feel like it was your fault for some reason. We have a high level of customer service and will take this on board. Thanks.
