Thomson have recently taken over my account from a previous supplier and I had some initial teething problems when setting up the account. I found Tracey to be very friendly and helpful when trying to sort them out. It’s good to know that there is someone happy to help at the end of the phone.

We started getting our milk delivered by Thomson Dairies before Xmas. This was initiated by a friendly wee letter through the door from Thomsons, explaining the delivery options. I wish we had done this a long time ago, it’s great waking up to fresh milk in the morning and know we are supporting local businesses. I emailed to freeze the order due to going away on holiday for a while and Tracy got back to me straight away to let me know this was done. A very friendly proficient service. I would recommend Thomsons dairies to anyone thinking about getting their milk delivered.
