Brilliant service always on time fresh produce every time queries answered very quickly and extremely cheap

I rang with a query relating to a direct debit being canceled and charges being incurred due to this. I was greeted with a friendly, knowledgeable colleague who quickly dealt with all the issues involved and put my mind at ease. Everything was sorted quickly and I have no complaints. Thank you.

We have been getting milk delivered from Thomson Dairies Inverness depot since they started the service. The company (especially Tracey) have been a delight to deal with. The milk arrives on time, is always fresh and in glass bottles saving all that plastic waste. I would recommend them highly.

We recently started having milk delivered from Thomson Dairies. We weren’t sure how much to order and I’ve chopped and changed a bit but nothing has been too much trouble for Tracy and John and they have been amazing. Produce and services are fantastic. Well done guys, you are amazing.

I wrote a request on Sunday 29th June to cancel my milk delivery for a period while I am on holiday. Not expecting a response on a Sunday but I did get a response from Tracy first thing on Monday morning confirming my request and letting me know it had been implemented. A quick and efficient response and a thank you to Tracy.

Don't pay there staff, bully there staff 4 of us left alloa depot due to bullying from upper management. There products are also not localy sourced apart from there mosgiel organic milk as the rest of the milk is from PENRITH, ENGLAND from a company called NORTH LAKES the bottles are then Re relabbeled with better dates to make them look better I am a former manager of this company and left due to all these reasons they also had us harassing eldery by chapping there door and demanding money for as little as 20p Replying to below comment Prove me wrong I have video and picture proof and also messages from customers :)
