The ease of ordering online and the fast delivery of the order

There was a glitch in their software and the free shipping and discounted pricing didn't take on my order. I emailed them the issue. I received a response the next morning and was issued a credit for same. No hassle, no argument........Just excellent customer service

In the last shipment, the second cigar I tried. Had a stem inside that was larger than a round toothpick. The whole toothpick. It seems like their quality is going down. Maybe it's because this cigar is getting a lot more popular.

I somehow got tricked into their subscription. They feel very scammy. When you login to the account there is no history of them charging you for it and no place to cancel the subscription. You have to call their customer service to ask for it to be canceled. Looking at my account online there is no payment methods saved to my account but they were charging me anyway. No refunds nothing. Would never recommend them to anyone and will never use them again.

Horrible customer service; all they do is read off the screen and will not answer any questions about why they are not shipping your order. I have been buying from them since 2021 and, until recently, had no problems with them, but the last 4 orders have been a nightmare to get them to ship. Something needs to be done to their customer service.
