As usual, after 3-4 emails/texts my order was still shipped incorrectly. The positive is id rather have too many than not enough.

Back-orders cigars should never be available for purchase.

You were getting them to me fast enough; but I ordered Maduro and got Habanno instead. Seem like these 100 were rolled a little thin, too. I’ve had luck using Thompsons before . Everybody screws up every once in a while.

I have been purchasing fine cigars from Thompson for decades back when Thompson cigars were in Tampa, Florida. I have always enjoyed being with Thompson cigar company. I always refer Thompson to all of my friends. Warmest regards and respect, Richard Wennet

Cigars...Olivia ..were under sized and poorly constructed...not what I had come to expect from that brand !....
