Thompson Cigar CompanyReviews of thompsoncigar.com

You stand behind your product, and the cost is average 💯

Every order is on time or shipped earlier than expected. Also, packaged with pristine care. The choices are always bountiful :)

I have purchased quite a few sticks from TC the quality of there products is 2nd to none. I’ve only found two sticks I haven’t been able to find on there site. No biggie. Their selection of fine cigars is 2nd to none.

The people taking the orders speak English well and get to the ordering without delay .

I do not like that you have decreased the availability of single cigars. I have always been able to purchase a variety of cigars and this time not being able to do so was disappointing. On the positive your staff called me back and offered me a few options, which I purchased.

Easy to shop and order.

Overall Thompson sells a good product. I’ve been a member over 50 years but have seen a decline in quality with an increased pricing. One of my standbys are the Dominican Madura amigos. They have shown this decrease in quality with price increase. Recently the box has changed with a few millimeter shorter cover so now it caves in. Come on Thompson you can do better.

I received 4 great cigars for a fair price. I would like to receive mor discount coupons in the future
