Cigars are fine. However shipping is another issue. The option I selected was delivery on August, free shipping. My order sat in Los Vegas for a week and delivered to my address a week late. I contacted Thompson Cigars on the 15 and told it was a postal error and would be there the next day. I that did not happen. I called on the 17 and customer service could not explain the delay nor a delivery date. Delivery came two days later. Shipping through an unknown third person did not work.

It’s always easy ordering cigars through Thompson cigar company. As a delivery is always on time. I definitely have recommended Thompson cigars two friends to order from. Definitely satisfied with the process of ordering.
