Still the best

No real complaints. Online portal works, automatic payment works. They sent me an email when my plan was expiring, reminding me to renew so that I didn't have any lapse or penalty. Not sure if it's unique to Think Energy since most of it comes from the same source anyway, but I often have power during storms when other neighbors do not.

Last October 1,2019, our small church renewed our PECO Electric contracts on two accounts with Think at 7.3 cents after they had been billing us 11.0 cents for a number of months after our previous contract expired. It took them four months to actually change the billing to the new contract rate while they kept billing the 11 cents. My calculations indicated they owed us a credit of $859.19. After repeated calls to them starting on Feb 7 2020, and very long "on Hold" times, the 5/20/20 invoice shows a credit totaling $247.29. I will have to suffer along with calling them again to get the $612. George Gray - First Presbyterian Church, Flourtown, PA

Reviewed an email from my Electric Company AEP saying I had signed up for Think energy is, never spoken to a representative, signed up for or agreed to switch. Not sure how this company does business as no one in my family has ever spoken to a Think energy individual. Done several "save money" generators in the past and each time bill goes up. So i would not and will not have agreed to this. Someone filled out information in my behalf that had no authority to do so. So not sure how this company checks the people they sign up are who they say they are. Because they never spoke with me

Worked on a renewal plan with rep over the phone.

The billing at Think Energy is one of the worst I’ve had from a service provider. I pay all my monthly bills through my bank. I schedule the payments well in advance of the billing due dates. It takes Think Energy 10 days to cash the checks they receive from my bank, and then can’t get the payment posted properly to my account. The little I may be saving going with them instead of another company is being spent in time trying to get the billing straightened out. Unfortunately I’m locked into a 2-year contract but I’ll definitely be switching when that expires.

Think Energy please save us from being knocked down by asking your driver of vehicle no NX15BBK to move his van. The van is parked on a pavement on Faifley Road, blocking access to 37 Fullers Gate and blocking our views from oncoming traffic when crossing the road. He should NEVER pack there again. This your driver doesn't live in our close and he is putting our lives at risk. We could be potentially knocked down by traffic while crossing the road. It's a bend, we're unable to see oncoming vehicles, moreover its illegal to pack on pavements. I had called your office to advise him to remove the van but he hadn't done that.

Hello. There are no Think Energy vehicles in existence. We are a home electricity supply company. If you take a picture of this vehicle, we would like to see if there is another company using our trademark. Thank you.
