For 3 years, I have arranged for a group of houses with Air Source Heat Pumps to be serviced with Think Energy. This was beneficial to us and to TE as they could service all the properties in one or two visits. The number in the group wishing to use TE has dwindled from 14 originally to 6 this year. There are a number of reasons for this. I tried to arrange the service this year and was originally quoted £65 - a very reasonable price. However when I attempted to confirm date ( a month ahead) and numbers, the date was no longer available and the price had increased to £90. Not great customer service when I had gone to quite a bit of effort to ease the task for TE. Needless to say, I won't be doing any more organising for TE.

I have tried calling several times and was kept on hold for over 15 minutes before giving up. There does not seem to be any customer service.

Been a customer since December of last year. It’s called auto save and it’s not a contract so we don’t worry about a high variable rate when a contract expires. They analyze our bill every month and save us money. If they can’t save us they keep us at PECOs rate so we never go above that! We don’t have to worry about rates or contracts, all taken care of.

Think Energy made switching to their company for supplying electricity seamless! The Energy Advisor was knowledgeable and explained the process very well! It is great to know we are getting the autosave advantage every month!

The customer service at THINK PLUS is amazing as they answer the phone in the USA and speak fluent English as well as having smart problem solvers in the company !! My electric bill is much lower now and will NEVER be higher than ComEd Supply charge forever - no term like the other companies that raise your rates after a SHORT TERM that THINK does not deal in here in Illinois!!!!

Customer service is great New programs are awesome Company integrity is awesome

This company is unlike any other energy company, finally a company that is not looking to mess over the customer!! They will be successful because they are in it for the customer!!

AutoSave gives me an opportunity to save $ every month while protecting me from paying more than the price to compare.
