I have just had a phone call from rethink energy. I have never heard of them before, and the way Martin leadbetter demanded answers to questions. I hope not to hear from them again.

SCAM!!!!!!!!! Cold called me and then tried to get my information. When I asked who they were and where they got my phone number from they hung up. Very aggressive guy on the phone. Avoid!

After several high electric bills, I read into it more and realized of my most recent bill of $387.88, $258.29 went to THINK ENERGY. Just their take was more than my ENTIRE bill should have been! I believe they should return their customers to “standard offer” instead of the flexible rates, this is just shady business practice! I’m glad their rating is so low here, hopefully they will at least try to improve their company and not continue to STEAL money as they have been. After reading into the contract, I did realize this was my fault by letting my account with them fall into the gray area. Renew or switch or they will literally steal your money!!!

This company is nothing but a scam. I received a letter that I was being switched to them, but I never requested any change. I never spoke with or signed anything that had to do with this company! I have no idea how they received my information because it wasn't from me and my dog is not authorized to do business for me. Steer clear of this company. I am also contacting my AG's office to file a complaint for their unauthorized access to my information.

Peter and his Team went about the under flooring Insulation and boiler fittment with a first class professional approach. From when they arrived on site the Team were very polite,organised and focussed on the job in hand.They worked in a clean and appreciative manner and once complete re- established the house and contents which had been removed to complete the work. 11/16/2020 I got a letter from BGE saying that Think Energy will be my new electric supplier yesterday or in a few days. I didn't authorize this! In fact I hang up when these companies call because I have yet to see one beat Baltimore Gas Electric (BGE)'s own rates!

I called to renew my account. I was informed that I would have to renew online. David was the name of my service rep. He helped me navigate the renewal. He was profession and patient with me. I greatly appreciated having him service my concerns. Kudos to him.

This company is TERRIBLE. They do accidental billing twice monthly. Over charge you. Issues with refunds when they make a mistake. This company should be out of business. July 2020 my bill was $118.79. August 2020 my bill was $375.86. My Khw usage was almost exactly the same. These people are CRIMINALS.
