I work 8 hours a day Monday through Friday and sometimes Saturdays on a concrete floor and with these xstance insoles my feet and knees do not hurt after each day would definitely recommend!!

I have had plantar fasciitis for some years now. It flares up from time to time and regular insoles in my shoes do nothing to support arches in my feet. I have used other aftermarket insoles but these are by far the best. From sitting at my desk at work sometimes the plantar flares up. But if I get up and walk around with these insoles in my shoes the soreness slowly goes away. I love these so much I bought a second pair so I wouldn't wear the one pair out too fast. The 2nd pair are for my running shoes. 👍 Great product!thank you.

I have a bone spur and plantar faciitis in my left heal. I have tried NUMEROUS insoles, even expensive ones from the podiatrist, none have worked, until now. The insoles from Xstance are AMAZING, and being on my feet all day is a lot easier with these insoles.Have recommended them to ALL of my family and friends.

The ankle compression product is working really well and easily allows me to continue to be active even I my Plantar fasciitis is healing.
