So far great product. Have used for two weeks

Absolutely love these insoles. I was in pain all day thought maybe it was my sneakers. So i bought a new pair (expensive pair) still no relief. Then i seen an ad for Xstance and thought i have to do something because I'm on my feet all day. It took a couple of days to break them in, but i now have relief!!! These soles are very comfy, feel awesome and relieved my heel pain. I tell everybody about them. Good job Xstance!!! Thank you 🙂

The insoles are wide. I trimmed 1 & slid it into my shoe. As soon as I stepped down, I had terrible pain on that outer boney area of the foot. I have very tender feet, so my 1st thought was that it must be i can somehow feel those ridges they swished across the bottom of their insoles, but I finally realized, it was because the insole was curled up the side of my shoe, making me actually step down on the very thick edge of the insole & those little ridged swishes where up the side of shoe also. OUCH. Do not buy these if you have narrow feet. Thry were a little difficult to get into my shoe, but I just thought the problem was because they are so thick & the rubbery material was making it hard to slide them, but they are just too wide. My experience with support tech. Stephanie has been good. As for refund i don't know yet. I only got them mailed to the return destination, a place they donate them to, today, so I hope to receive my refund as was told I will. I pd a little over $6 to ship them. They do not offer shipping if their product doesn't work for you.

My husband put them in his work boots and absolutely loves them. Thank you Xstance.

Well, at first I didn't like them because they seemed to make my feet hurt worse than they already did but, after a few wearings I realized that I had to break them in like a new pair of shoes. Now they are my most comfortable insoles and they work just like their advertised.

I love these bought 2 pairs I work on concrete floors and walk the dog a lot help with foot pain going to buy a pair for my son
