I like that Xstance customer service responded quickly to my inquiries regarding no tracking information on my order. They said they were working on issues regarding that within their system. My order did arrived in the 2-7 day window they said was typical. But it is frustrating with many companies to NOT provide a phone number for customer service or if they do, they will not answer and just post a recording " That call volume is heavier then normal, leave a message." they will never answer that phone. That is a big red flag for dealing with a company for me.

Getting a response back. I feel the return percentage however should have been more than 30 percent . 50 percent would have been more acceptable.

This was my first time trying this insoles and heel guards. The insole has a good ark support those I kept but unfortunately the heel guards didn’t work for me. I contacted the return company I explained my problem with heel guards I sent pictures to demonstrate my problem and they give me option, after approval they agreed to accept the heel back as an exchange for another insole. What I don’t agree is that I payed for the return fees and first place it was not in my mind to purchased the heel guards but after seen their advertisement I thought this might help my feet to improve. At the end of all I had a good customer services, the company understood.

I really didn’t use your customer service department. On a separate email, I simply mentioned that I had yet to receive my insoles so I couldn’t comment on them yet. I have since received them and have been experimenting with various shoes. So far, so good.

Excellent customer service. Easy exchange. Disappointed there is no return shipping.
