I ordered the item through Amazon, and we received the item in 2 days but the package was opened and the Insoles were dirty and worn. What kind of mess is this SMH Tried calling Custimer Service and couldn’t get through. They say leave a message or email them in which my son and I did🤬

Absolutely wonderful product does what it says it's going to do.. That being rare in this day. I'm very happy with the product.. I am a working form in for DPW w crew. I am in my boots and on my feet, 9 to 12 hours a day. I am 6 foot 2 235 pounds. I wear size fourteen which is hard to find. These fit perfect, no trimming. No modifications and they work just as hard as I do. Thank you, Matthew

Like most people, I didn't read any directions about using the insoles for only a few hours a day to break them in. I just put them in my work shoes and worked a 12 hour day the day after they arrived. As a Theater Director with a full production in dress rehearsal, it was an 18K+ step day and it was my first day since being diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis 7 months earlier that I wasn't limping or grabbing for painkillers when I got home. 2 weeks later I was tired of moving my insoles from one pair of shoes to the next so I just ordered 5 more pairs. My Assistant Director noticed the difference in me so ordered a set for himself too. I had tried other insoles, heel gel pads, dry needling (which did help a lot) and all the balms and medical recommendations prior to caving in and trusting an Instagram ad. Wish I had pulled the trigger on trying a pair 6 months ago. Life changing relief is not an exaggeration.

If you would have included a sticker I would have put it on my locker at work. The delivery was slow I wish you had a paid expedited delivery option.

They are very comfortable and helped keep my feet from hurting. They're a little wide for my running shoes that I wear to work and make noise when I walk but you can only hear it in quiet areas. Otherwise I'm very happy with them
