Still waiting for my insoles 4 weeks after ordering, almost got scammed by evri scammers , it would be great if you contacted your clients if theres a hold up , i could have been cleaned out by these scammers ( only pay £1,99 to rebook delivery then once theyve got bank details address name etc 🤷‍♂️) Stock control can be a problem I understand but communication is king

Fast shipping and the inserts are helping my feet so much. I placed a second order and got some for family members who also have experienced relief in foot pain.

I’m sorry I don’t agree with all the hype about being the best insoles . I’m in my feet for 4 hours at work and it’s so uncomfortable that my feet ache, I heard about these and thought I’d try them well let me say yes over priced and not at all better than any other insoles .

These insoles are amazing. I have planter fascitis making it hard to walk on my feet all day. After receiving my first pair of XSTANCE insoles, I was able to make it throught the day without pain. Definitely give these a try.

Bought Insoles £29.95 on 8/2/2024. Paid via PayPal. Still not arrived. Have contacted support at least 3 times, fed up with excuses, “New fulfilment centre has caused delays in back orders.” Received a refund of £5.99 to my PayPal 26/02/24 with no explanation what it was for. . I would not recommend ordering from this website. Not a reputable company in my opinion. Address at bottom of Website page is UK office and quite an impressive read the website. Now I realise I have been duped and order is not coming from UK at all but from abroad. Think USA. Read returns policy, on the Website. Think twice before buying from the company. Basically not worth returning anything and you can’t cancel your order unless you cancel with 24 hours and you have to pay for the postage. Catch 22. Paid £24 for nothing, Absolute disgrace!

Responded to my issue in an efficient time and answered my question completely.

I ordered these on the 14th of February I still haven't received them..have emailed more than once and reply is all apologetic saying we've moved and there's a backlog will let you know when shipped...I've still not heard that they have been shipped...this company have had my money for nearly a month now and have refunded 5.99 for inconvenience...I'm not happy and have asked for cancellation of order and my money back...they say in all adverts how fab insoles are but don't state waiting delivery can be a month or more...not good enough 😡

The product has given me the support I needed for foot discomfort due to fallen arches.
