My experience was good. At first they had a squeaky sound when I walked in them. Then they said to put powder on them. That didn’t work. So I took another suggestion which was to put a dryer sheet under the insole. Which worked. I am just wondering how long do I have to do this until the sound stops?

Insoles arrived quickly and feel great.

With a recent diagnosis of Plantar Fasciitis and bone spurs, I was really disappointed that my ability to both walk and jog was going to be severely limited. The best insoles and I have tried just about every one out on the market but I keep coming back to Xstance every time. This is my second order and they truly are the best insoles made and I will no longer try other brands that promise the world but never deliver what Xstance consistently does. Thank you for a great product.

These insoles are great!! After just a week of wearing them, the soreness in the bottoms of my feet are gone. I am on my feet for at least 8 hours a day on concrete floors and these have been incredible!

I ordered these insoles kinda like a last resort for my plantar fasciitis with little expectation, I followed the instructions that said wear them 2 hours at a time until you get used to them and then I ran a mile with them and it was the 1st time in years that I ran pain free including my hip. I hope they hold up but if not at least they’re affordable. Worked for me.

Much less pain and been able to go on daily walks since getting these insoles
