The response was timely and my task was accomplished.

Had dr make orthotics. Husband Still having issues. When seen the money back offer thought how cld we lose. So order. He is seeing so much improvement. Definitely a big YES. Shld have ordered first. If continues to improve will be ordering g more for others shoes and not have to be changing from to another

My husband got a pair of insoles awhile back, so I tried them out myself. I am on my feet all day, walking on cement floors. The insoles are great. The pain in my feet is not as intense. They came in quick. Highly recommend!!!

I ordered insoles from Xstance at the recommendation of my foot surgeon. I've been in pain for nearly a year. This company sent me the wrong size. I contacted them through email. They did admit that I should have a different size. Nearly 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting on instructions on how to exchange them. After emailing back and forth, I've only been told their shipping team is working on it (for 2 weeks now). At this point I just want my money back. Dealing with daily foot pain and not getting straight answers is very frustrating!!! I will also be sure to let my doctor know that he is wasting his time promoting this product.

30+ years working on my feet. I've tried it all. Different shoes, different inserts, mixing and matching to keep my feet happy. Results: buy XSTANCE! 10/10! Worth every dollar. I've bought a few sets, and will buy more!
