This year i was dealing with so much stress in my day to day life, and i felt i had hit rock bottom, i had slept issues for 3 days straight, gut issues, elevated heart rate and i was desperate, on the first day i tried course i had my first release immediately, after the course i fell asleep and took a nap, and then i recovered my sleeping, i had another release days later, having the craziest sensations in my body, and everything’s got better since then. Healing its a long journey but definitely learning how to regulate your nervous system is amazing, thank you 🙏 🩵

The Workout Witch has been prompting her cult following to leave reviews. She has a terrible reputation online, especially on reddit. Liz Tenuto is doing a book tour in January so she is trying to do damage control, hoping people don’t find out what a scam she is. Don’t worry. The world is catching on. She’s not qualified to be doing what she’s doing and it’s shows by the way she is harming people in the process. Pay close attention to the criticisms and save your money for a real practitioner with actual qualifications…not a hack with some trademarks. If you find yourself reading this because you’ve been prompted to leave a review, please think twice. Every prompted review is a ploy to silence and ignore important criticisms which she needs to be held accountable for.

I am a dance teacher, so I know a lot, i use somatic movement regularly in class, I teach anatomy, neuro athletics etc. However, after a traumatic DA episode and breakup I thought, I book your course so I can just follow something, without thinking about it myself. I startet with the club for a month and then switched to the nervous system course. So all in all I am in week 6. This week I returned to university/teaching. Usually I am very stiff after the long breaks, now I am more flexible than I ever was in my career of 13 years. while I was off I did not do anything except your courses and some very minimal, easy strength training (not more than 10min a day, so I was very lazy). Still I started to feel my physique change after about two weeks. I am almost 50, going through menopause and focusing on somatics was the best choice I could have made for myself!!!

I've felt so supported during this training, and there is so much material available to understand the topic in depth. It's rare that qualified people give direct access to ask questions during digital trainings, and I've been delighted by the kindness and professionalism shown in the answers and support received. I feel fully ready to navigate many different possible scenarios and adapt with success to provide the best experience for anyone reaching out to get support in that domain. I would recommend those tools to any therapist who wants to provide a bottom-up approach to their clients. And I am 100% recommending Liz and Liz's team to provide that knowledge and support.

After day one of the journal course I knew I needed the exercises also, so I went ahead and got the rest of the courses. I went to bed relaxed and woke up full of anger and tears - I guess it’s working! It’s not going to be easy, that much is already clear, but if I’m triggered this easily then I know I’ve got to do the work, which I already know anyway ~ I guess I was just hoping I could move on with life without doing the work and that’s just not possible unfortunately. So I’m just going to buckle up and do it because deep down I know I’m capable of making a life for myself but I also know that won’t happen until I face the past full on and do the work to be free of it. So judging by my results so far, I highly recommend these courses.
