She gives a step by step guidance on each step which is really helpful. The first few days I had some pain in my hips. It turns out I was just sore. One of the days she mentioned that is normal. I felt at ease knowing I was experiencing something normal.

First, the content quality is far below expectations. The exercises and information provided are very basic and widely available for free online. There is no meaningful added value to justify the price, which makes the marketing feel highly misleading. Second, the money-back guarantee is not clearly presented at the point of purchase. Any important conditions appear to be buried in policies or “fine print,” rather than communicated transparently. I was only informed after requesting a refund that I needed to complete the entire program and reapply within 90 days — something that was not made clear upfront. Despite this, I followed their instructions in good faith and completed the full program. Over a period of 14 days, I tried repeatedly to communicate with customer support. Most responses were delayed or appeared automated, without directly addressing my concerns. This created unnecessary frustration and gave the impression of a system designed to delay rather than resolve issues. After this experience, I checked other reviews and found many similar 1-star ratings describing the same problems with refunds, unclear terms, and poor customer support. I genuinely wish I had read these beforehand. At this stage, I have completed the program and submitted my refund request within the required timeframe. I am now waiting for a final response and will update this review accordingly. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that others do not purchase this program. The content is easily found for free elsewhere, and the way the money-back guarantee is presented compared to how it is actually enforced raises serious concerns about transparency.
