I truly enjoyed the entire process of diving deeper into the teacher training. It was an experience that allowed me to reconnect with my own body, understand my pace, and create a space to guide others through somatic exercises. The course was well-structured and easy to follow: I appreciated that, no matter how busy life gets, you can complete the program at your own pace. I especially valued the monthly mentorship calls with Liz, where she generously shared her experiences and teachings, as well as our weekly office hours with Bri. The entire team was incredibly supportive, and I found the feedback on my work to be constructive and insightful. This encouragement kept me motivated and grounded, helping me become the most centered version of myself for my future students. The exercises are easy and I don't need a lot of equipment to do them. Also, they are in small increments of time which helps me when I am trying to find a time when my kids are doing something else. I am much more relaxed and when I start to feel ungrounded, I go and do my course so I can feel better.
