It has been very easy for me to follow the course. Everything is explained clearly. Lectures are easy because the quality image is excellent and the instructions are pretty straightforward. I have felt release since the first day and I really didn't know that was possible with tiny movements !

I'm on Day 8 of this course and I'm just loving it. I've been experiencing lower back, bip, pelvis and shoulder issues and i've been trying one exercise for this and one for that etc and getting totally confused. This is just so gentle and is doing what i need - soothing the nervous system, which is allowing my body to stop bracing and the pain to start receding. I rarely stick to exercise programs for more than 2 or 3 days but here i am on Day 8 of this course and looking forward to the next day. My pain is already receding and i'm beyond grateful. Thank you.
