These guys are great!!! Could not appreciate them more. I talked with Bryan over Email and he was not only super responsive, but super nice! They let me know something was wrong that would have cost me turn in money. Instead, they alerted me and I was able to correct. Very happy with them and their company. Thanks gang!!!!

Was straightforward until you send your phone in. Then they offer you less.

Hi Greg, you sent 4 devices in. 2 of them, you were paid the full amount as they passed inspection. The other 2 had battery health that was low. The iPad was at 79%. That will require a battery replacement. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to serve you.

I decided to go for it and send my phone to Whiz Cells. It came up on the Google search and a quick look through, I thought it was legit. I sent them a phone in great physical condition - no scratches or dings or nicks whatsoever. The battery life had deteriorated a bit so I expected compromised on the price. The original promise was $90. They received my phone and sent me an email saying the phone was totally deeply scratched and dirty and they tested the battery, 79%, so my offer was $15. Absolutely unbelievable. I told them I sent them an unscathed, clean phone in perfect condition double wrapped in bubble wrap, so no way it happened during shipping. They said unless I can show them a photo of the phone with the IMEI showing I’m out of luck. I ended up getting the phone sent back to me according to them totally damaged and dirty. I’ll update again with photos if I actually receive it. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Unfortunately, this is just not true. The device is heavily scratched. Picture here https://app.screencast.com/xzaCC5nRKozWl We did not ask for a picture of the phone from her. We emailed her that we would send her a picture of the phone with the IMEI showing if she would like us to. Lastly, we would add that this person's credibility is provably dubious. They claim that they received the phone back dirty and scratched (which is how we received it), yet they have not received it back. Screenshot of the delivery back on Feb 10th. Original complaint Feb 6th, screenshot just in case she tries to edit the complaint. https://app.screencast.com/GxxpUuDVQATnc Complaint on Feb 6th, screenshot just in case she tries to edit the complaint. On here, she updated on the 9th, but still had not received the device back. https://app.screencast.com/mSjcsU6gkgb6H

Hi Jennie, We are sorry to see that you are unhappy. You selected Excellent condition for your iPad. We are up front with what Excellent condition is. It would pass for new. Your iPad is in very poor condition. This is why your offer changed. We returned it to you at our expense. I was initially quoted twice as much as any other place online for my iPad Mini (which I expected to be reduced for "some reason" once it was received) and I received the Entire amount! I reached out through email because it took longer than expected for them to receive (but then realized that was due to the weather) and I received a very quick response from them calming my worries. Once they did receive it it was very quickly ready for deposit into my account of choice. I would definitely recommend AND use again.

I’ve sold a dozen phones to them. Unlike their competitors, they didn’t try and change the offer last minute and claim some mystery damage (looking at you gadgetpickup). In fact, one time they gave me a little extra saying the phone was in better shape than I claimed. Great company.

Was quoted a good price and reviews seemed positive. They claimed my phone had deep scratches with a photo to “prove” it. The photo was of some other phone and did not show my ID number. Their next rebuttal did not show a photo of my phone with scratches and the MEI at the same time. My phone was nearly perfect but how can I argue with their photo? How could I believe they would return it? I took their low ball offer. Read other reviews. No one should trust them. Repeat: do not trust them.

Hi Robin, Thank you for your feedback. The phone arrived with a lot of scratches on the screen. We sent pictures to prove that. You order was handled and processed within just a few hours of it being delivered to us. Below is a link to the condition of the phone when it arrived to us. Obviously, we can not pay a good condition price for this phone. You did have the option to have it returned to you at our expense. The phone is yours. We will provide proof of this in the pictures below. The picture with the screen on will not show all the scratches that are seen with the screen off. But you can see the consistent deep scratch to see it is the same phone. This is why we ask you to enter your IMEI number when you place the order, so you cannot make a false claim that the phone is someone else's. We do not like having to defend ourselves against unethical claims but we can not let those go. We run an honest business. https://app.screencast.com/mCGhNSoUVn9j5 https://app.screencast.com/wYSWx8EInLdiv https://app.screencast.com/d4CjlUnEYGTNI https://app.screencast.com/tLUuH5sGbwnM3 https://app.screencast.com/d4CjlUnEYGTNI
