They offered me $80 for my old phone after I explained the condition very well. After they received it, they sent me an adjustment email saying that there were some scratches on the screen, so actually they'll give me $8. They were prompt about shipping the phone back which I appreciated.

After receiving my phone I was quoted an insanely low price. They communicated greatly and we were able to come up with an agreement.

Was straightforward until you send your phone in. Then they offer you less.

I liked the process, except for the final offer. They offered me $15 less because my screen was scratched. But they sent me pics of someone else's phone with many scratches, including on the "rim". I took pics of mine before I sent it in. I had two small scratches. But I didn't know how to dispute it, and I figured the person that made the decision wasn't going to be honest anyhow.

I was not satisfied or dissatisfied

Process was very easy which is a solid plus. However like many I felt my phone was in "good" condition but upon receipt was downgraded to "other"... losing half the original offer price. Convenience led me to accept but I should have shopped around to receive a few more bucks.

I did not receive my check yet , I have more phones to sell but I want to make sure that I get my check for this first

I was quoted $130 and was not surprised when I got a reduced offer down to $70. I kept thinking there was a catch and there was. If the phone was perfect, the customer most likely would not be selling it. They said the battery recorded 82%. I can’t prove that one way or the other.
