The order you placed was for a Samsung Trifold. In your review of us here you claim to have send a flip 6. That is also not correct. You send a Fold 6. It was not unlocked, but locked to Xfinity and then blocked by Xfinity for non-payment. The device can not be used. There were cosmetic issues as well but the real issues are 1. Wrong device, 2. bad IMEI. We would love to post the video of unboxing your device but it has your name and address from the shipping label. What you say is flat out false. We have tried reaching out to this seller multiple times, but they do not respond. The seller said they were sending an excellent condition phone. We are clear and up front about what excellent condition is. It is like new, no wear on the phone. To anyone reading this, if we said we are selling you an excellent condition phone and then sent this to you https://app.screencast.com/gciUUSrpplZJB would you contact us and say hey, this is not excellent condition. I need to send this back or get a partial refund? Yes, because it is far from excellent. We made an offer to the seller, which was more than the Kiosk I would add, and they accepted. They were paid the same day they accepted the offer. They have the option to have it returned to them at our expense. But they chose to sell the device. Yet, somehow we end up with a 1-star review out of this. It would have benefited the seller to communicate with us.

Hi Louis, Thank you for your review. You are correct. It did take a long time for your package to arrive. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over any of the carriers' transit times. Yours took much longer than normal. As for your phone, it has significant scratches on the screen. You can see that it is not a good condition screen. Having said that, I believe we still have your phone, and if you would like it back, we can arrange that at our cost. You mentioned that you have used us before without an issue. Why do you think this time was different? Did you leave us a 5-star review for your previous experiences? I only see this 1 star. It does not give a very fair representation.

Kelly, this is flat-out false; you know it. The phones you sent are in very poor condition. We don't have a magnifying glass. The pictures we sent to you show very clearly how poor condition they are. We will link the pictures of your phones here so people who see your review will see that you are being dishonest. We gave you the option for us to send both phones back at our expense, and you declined that offer. You wanted to sell the devices. If you truly had sent in excellent condition devices, you would have wanted them back. Hi Danielle, Your iPad arrived scratched. We sent pictures to you and will post those here as well. I really do not know how else to say it, but it is flat-out scratched. There are also outlines of where stickers were on the back of the iPad that can not be removed. We emailed her that we would send her a picture of the phone with the IMEI showing if she would like us to. Lastly, we would add that this person's credibility is provably dubious. They claim that they received the phone back dirty and scratched (which is how we received it), yet they have not received it back. Screenshot of the delivery back on Feb 10th. Hi Robin, Thank you for your feedback. The phone arrived with a lot of scratches on the screen. We sent pictures to prove that. You order was handled and processed within just a few hours of it being delivered to us. Below is a link to the condition of the phone when it arrived to us. Obviously, we can not pay a good condition price for this phone. You did have the option to have it returned to you at our expense. The phone is yours. We will provide proof of this in the pictures below. The picture with the screen on will not show all the scratches that are seen with the screen off. But you can see the consistent deep scratch to see it is the same phone. This is why we ask you to enter your IMEI number when you place the order, so you cannot make a false claim that the phone is someone else's. We do not like having to defend ourselves against unethical claims but we can not let those go.
