I have sold several times to them. Most of the time it goes without a hitch. And they pay the price sometimes they do not and u have a different opinion about condition then what they have but they always pay and reliable.

They communicated with me regarding how to delete my iCloud in order to sell the phone. I appreciated the ability to send the phones with a paid mailing label. I was just disappointed that the original quote was not what was offered once they got the phones, based on the battery. iPhone batteries never last long and these phones weren’t too bad

Hi Linda, Thank you so much for your feedback. We strive to make the selling process easy. The 2 phones you sent in were fine except that they both need new batteries. One was at 76% battery health, and the other at 78%. In the settings, the iPhone will show the battery health, and when under 80% will show a message that the battery needs replacing. The performance of the phone will be degraded. We appreciate your business and hope to serve you again in the future.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Whiz Cells. I was initially quoted $216 for my phone, which I accepted in good faith. However, after they received the device, they drastically reduced the offer to just $50, claiming there was a “spot” on the screen. The issue is—there was no spot. The phone was not faulty, and even the photo they provided does not clearly show any damage that would justify such a significant price drop. It feels misleading and unfair to change the value so drastically after the fact. This process ended up being a complete waste of my time. I packaged and sent my phone based on their original quote, only to be lowballed without valid justification. I would not recommend this company if you’re expecting transparency or fair evaluation. Update: After my initial review, Whiz Cells reached out and clarified that the original $50 offer was sent in error. They corrected the offer to $150 and honored it. I appreciate them taking responsibility and resolving the issue. While the initial confusion was frustrating, I’m updating my rating to reflect their effort to make things right.

Hi Kara, we revised your offer and sent a picture of the issue. We have paid your an accepted offer. I apologize that there was miscommunication on our part. To my knowledge, we got it all worked out.

Quick payment. Convenient service. 100% A+

Highest initial resale price but only gave less than half of the actual bid. Seems a little deceptive.

Took $85 off offered price for supposed deep scratch in screen. The phone was replaced a year ago through asurion brand new. It was near flawless as I took pics before sending it in, I saw no "deep scratch". I decided to take the hit anyways. Probably seek elsewhere for next phone sell. However, the payment transaction was same day, so that was a plus.

Was quoted a good amount for my old iPhone 12 Pro. Sending the device in was easy and was given a tracking number. However, The Whiz Cells did not confirm receipt. They did follow up saying I needed to take action and approve or reject the adjusted quote due to light screen damage and excessive usage.

The customer service and responsiveness was great. I was a little disappointed that I didn’t get as much for my phone as I thought I would, but that’s OK. They are a reputable company, I would recommend them.
