The phone was not faulty, and even the photo they provided does not clearly show any damage that would justify such a significant price drop. It feels misleading and unfair to change the value so drastically after the fact. This process ended up being a complete waste of my time. I packaged and sent my phone based on their original quote, only to be lowballed without valid justification. I would not recommend this company if you’re expecting transparency or fair evaluation. Update: After my initial review, Whiz Cells reached out and clarified that the original $50 offer was sent in error. They corrected the offer to $150 and honored it. I appreciate them taking responsibility and resolving the issue. While the initial confusion was frustrating, I’m updating my rating to reflect their effort to make things right.
