I sent in a flawless phone that was cased from the first day of use along with a screen protector. I was quoted a good price but was then offered a lower price for marks and scratches across the top of the phone I know weren't there when I shipped it. I decided to take the lower price because I didn't know if it had been damaged after shipping mking the phone harder to sell. I'll go elsewhere before I use them again.

The ad is misleading I feel they got my phone for nothing when the ad stated locked or unlocked it don't say nothing about Google locked and they make it difficult to have sent back to you so they buy it cheap Google unlock it and make a huge profit off it

We state that the device must not have Google or activation locks. Locked or unlocked was specific to the carrier sim lock. Returning is a simple as clicking the decline offer and then we ship it back. It could not be any easier.

It was the old bait and switch….they gave me a quote and once they got the phone, they lowered it by $40

Can't prove it, but I believe the initial price they give you after they get your phone is extremely low. Then an email arrives from the "owner" giving you a better offer, but still low. I did receive a check today. At least that part is good.

They could have clicked declined and we would have sent the device back at our expense. Seeing the seller was upset, I reached out and did offer more money to him with no obligation to do so as they had already accepted the new offer. It is mind boggling that we end up with a 2 star review after giving the seller a very high offer for a poor condition device.

Was quoted one price for 4 iphones and they received them and only gave 1 amount quoted. Said the other 3 had scratches on sides and battery health was 84%. The iPhones were 3 years old they should have known this. So cut the quote down $220. I should have gone with other company.

Hi Kelvin, we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service. Your Oneplus 9 Pro had a battery health of 62%. It had to have a new battery. Take a look at how much it costs to replace a Oneplus 9 Pro battery. It is more than what your offer was reduced by. We do not like having to change offers. However, there is no way we could pay for the phone as if it had a perfectly good battery.

The back of my phone was crack. No cracks in the front. There was a little dot on the edge of the front phone screen. Everything electronically on the phone worked perfectly. They down graded the phone from cracked glass to broken which result in a decrease in worth from $75 to $25. I think this was a lot of crap. The phone worked perfectly except for the back glass being cracked. I don't think this is fair.

There is damage to the LCD. We are clear in the description of the cracked glass condition that the display must not have any damage. A display can not be repaired, only replaced. This makes a very large difference in the value of a device. If there had not been damage to the display, then your device would have qualified for cracked glass. But unfortunately, there was damage. We offer to return the device at our expense when you disagree with our assessment.
