We ordered 2 large gifts from Swiss colony the order was canceled by Swiss colony for some odd reason (they can not give us the reason because all information is correct). Swiss colony did not send a text email or call to let us know what had happened. As we were going through the gift list we noticed our gifts had not shipped. we called and spoke to a customer service rep who informed us that they could ship gifts but it would not arrive till after Christmas (not acceptable as these are Christmas gifts) Asked to do the 2 day shipping that they were advertising they were offering on the web page were told that was for a specific 5 items. OK non of those were what we wanted. We asked to speak to a supervisor as this was not our fault all information in our file is correct. She (the agent) placed us on hold, came back and said the supervisor doesn't take calls on the weekend. WHAT!!!!! Your telling me that during the most busiest time of year there is not a supervisor to talk to. I have never heard such a bold face lie in my life. I will never ever do business with this company again. They took customer service to a all new low with me were is the zero stars

My order was lost. Swiss Colony told me to contact FedEx. FedEx was no help either. The customer service link on Swiss Colony doesn't work. Will never order from them again.

The problem with this company is that they have FedEx doing the delivering which evidently they can't do you have to constantly call and complain and threaten and whatever else you have to do this is unreal I ordered some things on the 12th of November and they tell me it's supposed to be delivered today but they have been telling me that for 6 weeks so I doubt very much if I'm getting it today I also told him I'm not paying for the shipping on it which I don't think I should they say that they get delivery out 5 to 7 days well I'd say they overshot that one now as far as their product goes I don't know about other things but their food isn't that bad I would think it is up with Hickory Farms I've never had a problem with that it's always been getting the order yes FedEx does screw up they sent things out to a different address they just do what they want to do so this will probably most definitely be the last order I ever give Swiss Colony now the bummer of this is is that I have a $2,500 credit allowance with them and that's a dang on shame that you can't get your orders or you don't know when they're coming

We ordered a Christmas gift for our family in Georgia, 2 weeks ago. The ordered showed up as "canceled by the customer". We placed it again, and it was delivered yesterday...to us. When we called, they didn't have the same 77 pieces box available. They screwed our Christmas family gift surprise. Bad customer service. Items will be donated to Salvation Army as per their request. We hope they are still good after spending 24 hours in the Florida heat. We'll never buy from them again.

Only received partial shipment (2 out of 7). FedEx details show original label was damaged and unreadable. Same thing happened a few years ago, where my order never came and I couldn't reach anyone by telephone. Pakistani (Indian?) woman I talked to today treated me like a child; said my order would be delivered today. Yeah, one package when I was expecting 5. Three days late as well. NO MORE - DONE WITH SWILL COLONY.

I ordered a gift box to be delivered on Dec 22 when the owners would be home. I received an email stating that the package was scheduled for delivery on Dec 16. Every attempt to reach Swiss Colony via phone (where the call was dropped with a statement that they were too busy) and the web site where I received canned replies. I would not purchase from this vendor again.

I have been ordering from Swiss Colony for quite over 20 years, and I am not complaining abut the quality of their goods, but about a bad Customer Service. I understand that the prices have gone up compared to the serving sizes, but my complain is about the fact that I received from there 2 catalogs with discount codes for my orders, and the last order I placed via online did not accept any of those 2 discounts, and I was told Swiss Colony can not do anything about it, so I decided not to order again from them

My family and I have ordered for years from this company. This is the first year I applied for their line of credit where I normally just pay for the order up front. What they do not tell people is that each time you place an order, even with an open line of credit with them, they do a HARD CREDIT CHECK. Every single order. If you have an open line of credit with them and place an order on a Monday, they will do a hard credit check. If you place another order on Tuesday, they will do ANOTHER hard credit check. That is absolutely ridiculous and will destroy people's credit. Also, their website is glitchy and doesn't work half the time making it difficult to initiate an order to begin with. Customer service was of no help and shipping charges are outrageous.
