4 Easter baskets ordered on 4/1 to arrive by 4/12. They never arrived. They won’t refund money and told me to donate them to charity. How can I do that if they didn’t arrive. They could have filled a claim with FedEx but they won’t. So I’m out $127. My grandson grandchildren had no Easter baskets during COVID quarantine. Way to go Swiss Colony.

I was sent a gift and called cust service for exchange. I did exactly as the cust service rep told me for exchange. Had sent a check for the difference. They deposited my check, I never received item. When I called they refused to tell me what happened to my money, nor would they provide a refund of my check. Am taking them to court. If I could give a zero I would. They treated me horrible and hung up the phone on me. Complete RIP OFF!

Great the food is always good and i was aproved even with poor credit. With them i am able to rebuild my credit. Only missing a star because its a bit of a wait for a letter in the mail but that might just be because of the holidays.
