It's really odd how many times Swiss Colony orders have issues with "damaged" bar code or shipping label. To make matters worse, when the package finally arrived the products were in poor condition, as if the box had been used as a soccer ball, and the cookies were stale and had a synthetic after taste. Along the way, the Swiss Colony customer service was bad. Eventually there was a refund.

I never received an email regarding delivery. The product was rotten by the time I got to it. I complained, they kindly resent it, but again, no email. The first time, they said they didn't have my email address. I made a point of giving it to them for the second delivery. But still no email. I'll never order from them again.

Ordering on-line was not as simple a process as in years past. But my major concern is the quality of the truffles. Always a favorite, I am just thankful we only got the free gift and not a separate order of truffles. For the first year, I was disappointed- something has changed in the process of making them

Horrible order experience. Put in all my shipping and payment info and then when I place order I get a white error page with text saying Access Denied! You do not have permissions... But otherwise seemed like my order went through. So I called Customer service who couldn't care less. Didn't even offer to take my order. Had to go back and retry checkout multiple times, each time putting in billing and shipping and payment info only to be kicked back to the add payment info page yet again. I hope the recipient gets the order. Recipient received items, including free promotional item, and enjoyed them during the holiday so at least the desired result was achieved. I adjusted my eval score up to reflect that. I still will not be back to the website though. Just stick to the catalog and phone maybe.

I've ordered from Swiss Colony every year with no problems. This year I ordered before the date of cut off in order to get the items for Christmas. I will not receive my items until the 28th. I ended up having to spend more money at the grocery store in order to have treats for Christmas. I called and talked with a Customer Service Representative. She was very apologetic but couldn't do anything as the items had been shipped. I'm disappointed and unsure I'll order from them again.

I am highly disappointed for the insecurity and discrepancies you had mailing the products ordered, giving excuses for not receiving them on time! Therefore, my Luscious Lemon Cheesecake is still sitting outside my front door spoiling despite my notification I was not going to be home and having requested re-directing it to another address and denied by Swiss. I justvreceived an order from The Swiss Colony. It seems the quantity and size of the items are smaller. I purchased a Holiday Torte. It was over $32. It was so small.Not worth the price by any means. Their shipping and handling charges are outrageous and not worth the product you receive. Sorry I have done business with them many times but will probably be the last time. BH
