The Swiss ColonyReviews of theswisscolony.com

Shipping was almost $20. It sat in a warehouse for four days until it was picked up and it will take another six days to get to my destination. I called and they could offer nothing. I told him by the time it reaches the destination is gonna be time for the garbage but they would not refund anything last time from them.

Produts came melted, I will not pay for them

Worse company I have ever done business with. I have been a customer since 2005, I ordered every year from them and I have always paid my bill. I moved just before Xmas 2019 and I used the delayed payment option, well shame on me with all the chaos of moving and getting re settled in a new state I missed a payment! It turns out they sent my bill to the old address (even though I provided my new address) and by the time I received it I was 30 days late. I explained what happened and I immediately paid it in full, yet they squat on my credit going on 7 yrs now and refuse to remove the late payment ! I grew up receiving and sending their product all my life and I will never order from them again and not only because they have marred my credit but because there customer service sucks and their products are way over priced. This is one company I would love to see close its doors !

I ordered a total of 4 items and after calling customer service although I was granted full refunds I’m so disappointed ☹️ because the company treated me as if I was in the wrong for number one calling for refunds and two making a suggestion that Swiss colony should not be packaging items without dry ice or proper cold packs I’ll upload the photos to show what my Swiss roll cake looked like and little pumpkin bites I was so disappointed that this company has no concerns about making people sick 🤢 sending perishable items improperly packaged

They were fine mailing my grandma some Christmas chocolates -- that was fine. BUT, they have some scammy, trashy, Swiss Colony Perks "program" where they just enroll you and start billing you once a month under some vague thing. There was no benefit for me. Now, I'm out several months of a "fee" for something I did not ask for, did not want, and was not informed about in a way where I felt informed. STAY AWAY. I'm never using them again.

This Company needs to be investigated for Fraud. I ordered Items for Christmas 2025 before 12/17/25 an if they totaled more than $75.00 shipping was free when the Bill came my main item was no longer available which left a balance of $49.95 I paid the whole bill in Jan,26. A month later I get a bill for 25.00 more. its not my fault for the changes an I refuse to give them money for their problem. I called several time an got nowhere, then I see bills in 2-different account numbers. Now I've been threatened more then ounce about ruening my credit. Enough is enough I'm sending them to the Attorney Generals office. Complaints against them are so huge someone needs to pay attention.

The petit fours I ordered were stale. I wrote them and they said they would send another box or refund my money. I said I would like it to be refunded. Then I receive an email which said: We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Your estimated refund amount including any applicable taxes and shipping will be $30.97. Please call the Salvation Army or Easter Seals, for example, so it can be donated to them. The amount of $18.99 will be refunded to the original payment method within 24-48 hours. I wrote back and said if I wanted to donate to either of these organizations I would do so myself. I want the refund sent to my checking account. I'm done with this company - last year I ordered petit fours as I have for the past 25 years and they were not acceptable. I gave them another chance and I'm finished with them.

I wish I could put 0 stars, I placed and order and had it shipped to my dad as a gift, they put the bill in his name and are trying to charge him. I called customer service and spoke to a supervisor asking for this to be placed in my name and all my information so I would be responsible for the bill and they refuse to do it. So at this point they won’t be getting paid! They were not helpful and didn’t even want to try to help!
