Billing is nothing but a scam. Bought one item and ran my debit card for the purchase. I thought I was done. 4 months later I get a Bill full of late fees and charges. Swiss colony said my card wouldn’t go through.I called my bank and Swiss Colony accessed my account and took out $1. I had plenty of money in my account at the time. Swiss colony has shady, bordering on illegal billing. Stay away! There are a million other places to buy mediocre meat and cheese.

I have been enjoying this brand since childhood. It’s a classic around here. They use sustainable palm , this is a decent quality of chocolate. I trust it and love it. Yeah if you use their finance program pay on time and no problem.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This company said I was 60days past due which is NOT true. They said there was something wrong with my debit card and my payments never went through. My bank verified that they never initiated the payments on their end when I was on the phone with Swiss Colony rep. So Swiss Colony cost me 100 pts for being 60 days late which I never was. Seen a smilar post and I agree this is a scam to collect interest.

I purchased a scarf back in Dec and did not receive it, I called SC and informed them in which they said I would receive a refund. I ended up receiving it 3 days later and decided to the right thing to report it and ask them to rebill my credit card. For some unknown reason, they never recharged my card but sent a bill for $4.61. For what? I would find out that they went behind my back and did a hard hit on my credit and somehow opened a credit account without me authorizing for that very amount. Now how on earth does something like this happen? I am currently working on getting this removed and I can guarantee, I will never ever do business with this company again and I do not recommend this awful company to no one.

Never received order absolutely disappointed, I had a small gathering of friends over i had been in an accident tearing the musels and ligaments in my neck and back, the order I placed Never arrived, the only thing that saved me was a friend found a market open and was able to purchase a precooked ham. I sent you guys a 25.oo money order which you requested for my order nothing ever showed up thank you guys for letting me have the worst or at least one of the worst days of this

I ordered the 19.99 package of cheese and sausage and chocolate and nuts. The person that I sent it to said he couldn't even eat the cheese, it was so bad, and the sausage was tasteless. He was disgusted with the gift and therefore so am I. I would never order from swiss colony again!!!!!!!

I tried a Raspberry Cheesecake and it was the best I had ever had!!! My neighbor gave it to us for my birthday and guess what everyone got from us this Christmas!! SWISS COLONY!!! We even placed an order for ourselves while in the process of doing our Christmas shopping, the perks of shopping at Swiss Colony!!! ;) A+++

Products are ok at best. Customer service is a joke. Because of that swiss colony no longer deserves business. Swiss colony you treat your loyal customers like crap!
