They were a decent company before, now they have snotty customer service, especially for Christmas. Will never order from them again. They have a screwed up system, ordered on 12/10/21 and they cancelled 75% of order.

I placed an order approx 12/08/2021...My credit was pre approved...It was a Christmas gift for My daughter and son-in-law and their family....Here it is 12/27 And they haven't received it ....I star backpedaling and go back to my account info which says my order hasn't shipped and they sent me a letter....Which I.ve never seen.....I would think they.d email or call me knowing is was a Christmas gift.....I am beside myself and very disappointed in Swiss Colony.....What a crummy business move on their part....

I received a gift from a business associate of a tin of swiss colony candy. When I opened it, it was congealed in a big lump. I contacted customer service and after being asked repetitive questions by bots, I finally received a response that since I wasnt the purchaser, they refused to help. Isn't a huge part of their business gifts? I will never patronize this business.

Swiss Colony is HORRIBLE to do business with! I spent 3 hours today trying to fix their mistake and when I asked for an adjustment to the price they told me there was nothing they could do, RIDICULOUS! Trying to send an order to my son serving in the Marine Corps has been a nightmare, WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!!

Received a gift box yesterday from Swiss Colony from a relative. Being a foodie & fan of great tasting products, I can’t believe the poor quality of their products...horrible!!! Throwing away everything. Anyone with any type of health issues should stay clear of their sausages and cheese. High salt and processed garbage.

There was a package on my porch last night, it was delivered to the wrong address, so I called the company to let them know. The first person I talked to told me to go delivery it myself and that they would call and tell the people to come to my home to pick it up. Never even asked me how far I lived from the correct address. The post office had already told me, and I explained to the company, that I would have to drop it off but I work and leave after it closes. The 2nd person told me she would call the person that ordered it and ask if they wanted to reorder. I'm leaving the package by my mailbox with a note but they wont pick up anything not in the box. This company won't do anything for the poor guy that tried to send a gift. Paul sorry if they never get the gift you sent.

They will ruin your credit my account had a 1000.00 credit line I bought something for 30.00 they pulled my credit I have a hard inquiry for 2 years these people are insane my account was. Order 46890914 I had over paid my account by 23.00

I have been a loyal customer for ten years. Do to a misunderstanding I was late one month during covid.They reported me Delinquent resulting in my credit score being dropped sixty nine points. Even though the problem was taken care of as soon as it came to my attention. Before that I had a Perfect score. They will never get an order from me again and I've ordered thousands of dollars worth of product throughout the years. Willam the credit manager says there was nothing that they could do. Tell me is that good business.
