The Swiss Colony sent what I ordered to the wrong address. Totally, my daughter never received it. It was sent to San Francisco and was addressed to Pacifica. I am trying to get hold of customer service but no one answers. So disappointed.

I justvreceived an order from The Swiss Colony. It seems the quantity and size of the items are smaller. I purchased a Holiday Torte. It was over $32. It was so small.Not worth the price by any means. Their shipping and handling charges are outrageous and not worth the product you receive. Sorry I have done business with them many times but will probably be the last time. BH

Criminals! My wife ordered from them last Christmas on our account we have had for decades. We were never billed. I contacted them and was told they would check into it. Then in March I get a delinquent notice threatening to turn me over to a collection agency. I contacted them again and they told me I had no balance on my account. Then a couple of months later I get threatened again. Then suddenly, after I sent them a certified letter threatening my own legal action, the balance suddenly appeared on my account as a transfer. I paid for the order but refused to.pay late charges. They have continued to apply late fees for unpaid late fees that I did not owe. I finally gave up and paid them (an amount larger than my order) and told them to remove me from their mailing list because I will never order again.

I opened an account with Swiss Colony in December 2021.I was approved for $400.I placed an order for less than $100.I had to pay a deposit before they sent my order and you aren't supposed to.You supposed to pay monthly.So,I sent a deposit,got the merchandise,which were Christmas gifts.I have ordered again from them,only to be told that I have to pay half of the order again for them to ship me my order.I didn't pay this because this isn't what they advertised.So,I am done with them

They purposely put a hard inquiry on your credit report when you place a credit order with them…and this is AFTER YOU ARE AN ESTABLISHED CUSTOMER. It’s preposterous. Why would any sane company penalize you for doing business with them?

Ordered food for christmas, paid my first bill, I had a death in family so i missed that months payment.I called back explained what happened. I told them i would pay off my balance in march. they said the have noted my promise and that calls would stop. They broke there word. The food was not worth the hassel and harrasment over a bill of less then 100$ nor was it good. iv have reatched out on facebook,instagram,twitter,and email.

Swiss Colony has been a big part of our Christmas Eve celebration for decades. I usually order the "Santa's 77 Favorites" gift box. There is something for everyone: chocolates, cheeses, sausages, cookies, candies, etc! What we don't finish on Christmas Eve gets divided up into gift bags for everyone. My thanks to the people at Swiss Colony who help make my family's holidays a bit brighter!

I have been a customer for 20 years. I have neverchad a problem with them except this year. I didn't receive my free gift. I called today to speak to someone and the lady didn't really care. I told her I have been a customer for 20 years and she didn't care. I will never order from them again.
