I ordered a pumpkin roll to get to me before Thanksgiving, their site said "order now and receive it by Thanksgiving". NOPE. Still waiting. They have the worst tracking system. The order said it was still out for delivery, day after Thanksgiving I called to tell them give me my money back since it is too late. High hopes I get my money returned. Never again will I go with these guys. EVER.

If I could give 0 stars I would! My husband called to place an order and had to repeat his name at least 10 times and then hung up because he was not understood and if they can’t get that information correct then I know the order will be done improperly. I called back and was connected with a different person that also could not get the information correct & I couldn’t hear a word she was saying as there was wind blowing into the phone from the background!!! I tried to be connected with a supervisor and was just left holding!! What a terrible company to deal with! I will definitely never use them or recommend them to anyone!!!!

I placed my Christmas order a week ago. The items arrived today. In place of the sugar free cookies i ordered, I was sent regular cookies. Also, the Kreme Kaese had liquefied in the black wax wrapping. I called the customer service line and was told that I needed to donate the cookies, get a signed receipt on Salvation Army letterhead, and then mail the receipt to Swiss Colony to get a refund. The sales associate got her supervisor on the line who she said could help resolve the issue. The supervisor proceeded to tell me that the order taker had ordered the wrong cookies and i must have given her the wrong item number. I pointed out that I ordered Sugar free cookies every year. There should be no confusion here. She told me that the receipt requirement has always been their policy and she "ought to know". She also told me that was their policy and she was not going to have a "back and forth" (i.e discussion) with me. She reluctantly said she refunded my money. I wanted a replacement. I have purchased from Swiss Colony every year and sadly will not do that again. This was the worst example of customer experience I have ever witnessed from a retail company.

I recently ordered from them and had high hopes...fell flat. Last time I do that...the cheese was bland, the summer sausage the same, the chocolate covered peanuts had an odd flavor 🤔, bottom line I tried. Cute packaging though. I received on 11/13/23 some of the feed back is also from kids.. SMH..

I would give a Zero rating , but the Chat person did try to help. They were having internet difficulties and their phone CSR's were useless. No more orders with them again. I simply wanted to place an order and the site would not let me add an Item number , plus the on-line price and catalog were different. When I simply requested for Free shipping as I had to speak to numerous CSR's , Chat and try on line ordering , Mrs. Moody said she couldn't do that...oh well !

I placed an order a couple of hours before they closed, and tried to cancel first thing in the morning. I emailed before they opened and the tracker said the order is being prepared. I didn't get a response; therefore, I called again. The woman said she would check with people above her, and she came back and said the order had shipped. I believe that was not true because the site showed the order was still being prepared several hours after that conversation. I would not order from this company again. The site says it is easy to cancel, but there was no cancel button and they didn't respond to calls or the email until they said the order was shipped. I ordered things that needed to stay refrigerated and realized I needed to order things that did not. I planned to cancel order and reorder, but will never deal with this company againu.

I have called to speak to a customer service rep and all I kept getting was the same recording. System tells me to press 0, but it did not work. Trying to make sure of delivery date, because I did not put it on form. Since I could not get to a place to put in delivery date, I will be returning merchandise if it arrives too late. They need to improve their phone services.

I am highly disappointed for the insecurity and discrepancies you had mailing the products ordered, giving excuses for not receiving them on time! Therefore, my Luscious Lemon Cheesecake is still sitting outside my front door spoiling despite my notification I was not going to be home and having requested re-directing it to another address and denied by Swiss.
